We thank you for being a supporter of our local business since we first opened our first location in 1964 and second in 1997. Our hearts and prayers go out to all of the loved ones that have been affected by the novel coronavirus.
As we face the ever-changing circumstances related to COVID-19 pandemic, Carbo Jewelers has opted to temporarily close allowing us to protect the health of our patrons, staff, and residents in the surrounding the area. We will be providing updates on our website, through emails and on our social media platforms as it becomes available. Please do not worry about any pending repairs, layaways or special orders that you may have. Everything is currently stored safely and securely in our facilities.

We will being reopening our first store Continental Carbo Jewelers on Monday, May 5/4/2020 from 11:00AM-3:00PM for curb side pick-up for any existing orders, layaways, and completed repairs. Please call ahead to schedule a time, as well as to let us know that you will be passing by to expedite the process. We will also be doing in-store visits by appointment ONLY. Please do not attempt to enter the store without an appointment. You will NOT be allowed in.
For the current time being our location in Newark, NJ will continue to stay closed. If you have an existing order, layaway, or repairs there please contact us and we can schedule a pick-up for you.

Yes of course you can still make a payment on your item, whether it’s a layaway, special order or a repair, please just have the name that you gave for the P.O. as well as the 5 digit number of the ticket. Please use the contact form below, include your phone number and we will reach out to you within 1 business day.
Yes we are still processing new orders whether it’s over the phone or by online order. Any special orders placed during this time will not be physically started until our stores reopen again for business. Any items that are purchased that do not require any specific alterations, for example engravings or sizing’s can be shipped out within 1 business day after purchase without any delay.
For new repair orders that are considered a “rush” please reach out to us via the contact form below with a detailed description of what is needed as best as possible. We will contact you with a price estimate as well as a timeline for your repair. If further information is required we will request this as well as any other information. For any order that is not considered a “rush”, if you could please wait until we reopen our business for processing.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve received an overwhelming amount of calls and emails from our customers about there orders and what they can do to help. The simplest way is to do what so many of you are already doing—continuing to be loyal customers to our small business. Our stores may be closed, but carbojewelers.com is open and your online purchases of jewelry, watches, and even gift cards for your own future use or as a thank-you to someone else, are a big help and are deeply appreciated.
